In a previous life apparently I was a court Jester, this sparked my fascination with the Fool card in Tarot. I stepped inside the Tarot in many of the cards I created for my personal deck, to really absorb the nuances of the symbolism hidden within this fascinating oracle. Now the Tarot is inside me & I have the Fool tattooed as a constant reminder of my purpose in life. That is my journey that I know will never end. I am fascinated on finding truth in the complicated path through life & have been fortunate enough to give insight to the many thousands of fabulous people who have sought me out for readings. Tarot is a very powerful technology that reveals the many lessons to be learnt in order to really begin to live life to the full. Tarot is my personal tool of choice though I do use many other divination systems. In life it is important to escape the labels that are thrust upon us, to try & find our own path that will release our true potential. I personally have been branded with many harmful labels, including ( but not limited to ! ) dyslexic, ' on the spectrum of autism ', however I truly believe that only when you really begin to accept who you are can you really understand your place in the universe. Lessons such as balancing relationships are hard but must be learnt, as through the Fool's Journey along the Royal Road of Tarot, before your spirit can really be free. I have been privileged enough to have spent time with several friends whose life was impacted through terminal illness. In this situation you quickly learn that which is truly important, believe me it is not money or recognition & we should all be grateful for the fantastic opportunity that is 'life'. It is crucially important to realise that the impression you receive from external stimulus & experience may be completely different to the next person. I studied & went through a course of cognitive behavioural therapy to understand how our thought process can affect our personal reality. A mantra of mine, my strongest held belief, is that thoughts truly become things. If you can imagine something, then you can attract it into your life. Everything in our world started life as a thought. For example where would we be without the internet?. I realised many years ago that I would be physically unable to give as many readings as were being requested of me. Through the power of the internet, this fantastic global database of global knowledge, I was lucky enough to be able to connect to many thousands of people literally all over the world. This led me to meet many talented mystics and now my site offers access to readings with some of these amazing individuals. From my initial awakenings in Glastonbury 30 years ago, Tarot & the Psychic arts have evolved to become the central focus of my existence. My initiation was through a Clairvoyant named Madame Tamar who had repeatedly read for my mother many years before I was born. My college thesis was based on my many visits to psychics, clairvoyants & mediums . I am fascinated by belief systems, Catholiscism being of Irish descent formed a large part of my initial contact with organised religion. I have experimented with many different religions from C 0f E to various forms of Buddhism, which remains my favourite blueprint for living a meaningful productive life.
Though I may now reject many aspects of organised religion. the chanting & mantras of several different forms of Buddhism still bring me great clarity, enabling me to focus my psychic energies. I am fortunate enough to have experienced many different cultures from visits to places like Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Hong Kong & Japan. I have lived abroad in several places such as Germany & the Netherlands. Most recently I spent 2 years living in Istanbul with 2 adopted street cats & no television. The call to prayer from the Mosque next door filtering through my consciousness while I workd on finishing my deck & starting to build my online presence. Skills learnt building my deck & website have allowed me to work in many creative fields. Graphics, design of all kinds, animations & TV Titles have introduced me to amazingly diverse & creative people.
